Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 50 g sweet chilli sauce
  • Green Chilli 1 pc
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • Fresh coriander, Basil, Ginger
  • 2 garlic Cloves
  • 20 ml rapeseed oil

Methods

Cut The chicken breast in to strips and put in a container with chopped herbs, garlic, ginger and coconut milk. Leave in the fridge to marinate for 24 hours.

Heat up a pan and once is hot add the chicken and cook until is golden brown.

Serve with sweet chilli sauce and dressed salad leaves.
